Top Line Profits offers matrix plans for the independent office supply industry. Our matrices are built using industry standard data and proprietary data to Top Line Profits. Our algorithm calculates pricing for each item by looking at where that item is currently priced in the marketplace. This differs from other matrix plans that are pricing using cost plus or a percentage off list price. While matrices that use cost plus or a percentage off list will price some of your items correctly, they leave a large portion of your items vulnerable to being overpriced or underpriced. This is where matrix plans from Top Line Profits have an advantage by looking at where each item is currently priced in the market place and keeping our matrix pricing updated monthly according to the market. This ensures you maintain margin, while keeping your pricing in line with the current marketplace.

Top Line Profits Matrix Pricing

$350 per month - includes 6 matrix plans in both Excel and CSV formats. Each plan is a different level of pricing and a summary file is included that shows an estimated GP% for each matrix plan. Each month you’ll receive updated matrix plans and summary.

For an extra $200 per month, Top Line Profits will model the matrices against your sales history so you’ll have a better idea of how each matrix plan will run GP% wise with how your customer base purchases. A custom model can be extremely valuable when you are deciding which customers to assign to a plan or if you are trying to gain margin. With this option, you’ll need to provide cost and sales history files so the model will be accurate to your data.
